May I Ask You A Favor?

Please give me strength to surpass these ordeals you put on my shoulder.

I might not make it…

Dance with my Father

i_love_by_darklotus4life420.jpg

Back when I was a child
Before Life removed all the innocence
My father would lift me high
And dance with my mother and me and then

Spin me around till I fell asleep
Then up the stairs he would carry me
And I knew for sure
I was loved

If I could get another chance
Another walk, another dance with him
I’d play a song that would never, ever end
How I’d love, love, love to dance with my father again

When I and my mother would disagree
To get my way I would run from her to him
He’d make me laugh just to comfort me, yeah, yeah
Then finally make me do just what my mama said

Papa, you are my hero, my inspiration and my happiness. Thank you so much for the love and guidance. Thank you for being there for me, always. I know i had many shortcomings these past years. i know i let you down sometimes(well, most of the times). MOst of all, thank you for loving mama dearly. You are her strength, her other-half. i can’t picture a family without YOU and her without YOU. Take care of yourself because i (we) don’t know what to do without you. I LOVE YOU.

p.s. i will never forget our dreams and very soon you’ll be so proud of me.
